Synopsis

Family drama based on real life on the Okinawan island of Minami-Daito. Depicts the excitement and anxieties of a girl in her last year of junior high school, living on an island without a high school where further study means leaving home. Junior high school student Yuna lives with her father Toshiharu. Her mother Akemi moved to Naha when her older sister entered high school, and Yuna is worried about her father’s life after she leaves.

 

［物語］

沖縄の離島・南大東島の実情に基づく家族ドラマ。島には高校がなく、進学するには故郷を離れる必要がある中で、中学3年生の少女が未来への期待と不安に揺れる姿を描く。監督・井筒和幸に師事した吉田康弘が監督・脚本を担当。

 

南大東島の中学生・優奈（三吉彩花）は、父の利治（小林薫）と2人暮らし。母の明美（大竹しのぶ）は姉の高校進学を機に一緒に那覇へ行ったきりで、優奈は自分が家を出た後の父の生活を案じていた。
