The Japan Foundation, Bangkok in collaboration with Neilson Hays Library are very pleased to invite you to enter the world of literature, where the spirit of creativity and cultural exchange is embedded. Immerse yourself in world-class literature at an event that gathers writers more than 50 well-known national and international storytellers, including the famous Japanese writer, Mr. Toshikazu Kawaguchi, author of the famous novel “Before the Coffee Gets Cold”- which sold 3.8 million copies worldwide and was made into a movie.

“A Conversation with Kawaguchi Toshikazu”


The Japan Foundation Bangkok in collaboration with Japanese Section, Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University, will hold a special talk by inviting Mr. Toshikazu Kawaguchi, author of the famous novel “Before the Coffee Gets Cold” to exchange his views in a  friendly conversation with Thai young readers and general audiences moderated by Chulalongkorn University’s undergraduate students.
