Renovation and Maintenance Work on the 10th Floor
(July 2026)
Please be informed that Sermmit Tower will be conducting renovation and maintenance work on the ceiling and overhead systems of the 10th Floor to improve building aesthetics and safety.
The work is scheduled to take place on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) throughout July 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The detailed schedule is as follows:
Work Schedule and Details
Operating Hours: Every Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- July 4 – 5, 2026
- Installation of ceiling framework along the walls
- July 11 – 12, 2026
- Fire alarm and sprinkler system improvement works
- July 18 – 19, 2026
- Above-ceiling system works and ceiling panel installation
- July 25 – 26, 2026
- Painting and finishing works
Notice for Library Visitors: Please be advised that noise and dust may occur in certain areas during the aforementioned periods. As a result, it might not be comfortable for visitors to use the library, particularly on Saturdays.
